At Elvoro Watches, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is missing any included accessories.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or worn.
  • The watch has been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • The item is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product was purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion (unless it arrives damaged or defective).

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent via bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong or defective product).


Exchange Policy

We happily offer exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your watch arrived damaged or defective.
  • A manufacturing issue is identified after delivery.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your Order Number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Include clear photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Elvoro Watches will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers should follow our return procedure after receiving the package.
