  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Dhaka: 1–3 Business Days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier operations, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

From time to time, Elvoro Watches may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Bangladesh.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and complete the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a Tracking Number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.
